 Can you translate a phrase, instead of 3 words for kanji translation?
A

We basically translate only a word for the kanji translation service.
For instance, "Love, Happiness, honor "

Note: Translating a phrase.
e.g. "The weather is hot during the summer"
Making the phrase by just using Japanese kanji symbols is not appropriate.
If you would like us to translate a phrase or sentence, we need to use the
combination of hiragana and kanji character.
Hiragana will be a character where kanji is not appropriate.

 How much does it cost to translate a phrase with the kanji translation?
A

With the kanji translation, we can translate either 3 words or a phrase.
So, the price is the same as US$49.95 for the kanji translation.

Don't have a PayPal account? You don't need one, PayPal will accept your Visa/MasterCard, American Express, or Discover payment without an account.

As long as it is English to Japanese Translation, we can accept an order from any countries.

 How long would it take and be processed?
A

Your Japanese Symbols will be emailed to you within 48 hours of Confirmed payment.

However, if you pay by using the e-check, it may take up to 4 business working days until the fund is cleared.

Q
 I am using an AOL email. Would that be ok to receive an image?
A

AOL users are experiencing delays in receiving their emails, especially those with attachments.

We deliver within our specified timeframe.
However, we do not control the time the email remains on the AOL servers before it eventually gets relayed to you.

If you do not want to risk any delay, avoid using AOL email addresses for delivery of the orders.

Q
 I cannot receive an image. It's too large. What should I do?

A

If you are using a FREE email account such as Hotmail.
They cannot receive large file attachments.

You need to provide an alternative email address for delivery, or other free email accounts such as Excite or Yahoo which allow larger files to be attached.

But, it won't usually happen to any email account, as the FREE email account has also increased the amount of data they can receive.

Otherwise, we can provide you smaller images.
