Dear Takanori

Let me be the first to tell you that I looked into quite a few web sites for this type of thing .....and I must admit that I was tempted by other translators simply because they had cheaper translation rates.

This translation was for a Tattoo which is obviously permanent, being cautious I did my business with you because you appeared to be more authentic.
Not only have you translated my phrase beautifully and quickly, you have went out of your way to follow up with me and make sure that everything was perfect.

Also the extra information about how to read the translations and the complimentary Kanji dictionary went well above any of my expectations.
You are indeed a professional in every sense of the word.
If I ever need anything translated again my business will be yours, in return for your honorable treatment of me, I am giving your web site address to my friend a owner/artist of a tattoo shop with my highest recommendation for anyone who needs translation.

The tattoo that I am getting takes up my entire back it's been very involved, and has taken quite a few sittings.

The Kanji you translated for me will be placed under a large Samurai with his sword raised, not to mention the background.

As soon as the tattoo is completed I would be glad to send you some pictures and it would be a honor to have it placed on your web site.

with my deepest respect,

Dennis M. Nash

Dear Takanori Tomita,

I wish to say a big thank you to and your translation team.

The design is beautiful.

I received the correct second files yesterday in my email. Thank you so much for your speedy correction of the first incorrect file you sent me.

Your service is fantastic, it was worth every cent I paid for you to translate the phase I wanted. Hopefully next week I will get my tattoo done and I will forward a picture on to you.

I will use your service again with no hesitation, I am very pleased,

Thank you so much,

Regards

Monica Hawkins

Dear Takanori,

You have gone above and beyond what is asked of you, and words cannot describe my gratefulness to you.

It will be an honor to wear your art work on me when I go to Afghanistan, and the souls of my fallen brothers have truly been honored and respected by you and your art.

I sincerely wish you the best, and I look forward to sending you the picture of the tattoo once it has been completed. Here is the Final final, and thank you again.

With my sincerest thanks,

Jad Muntasser

You folks are awesome. I am bringing your work in for tattooing tomorrow.

I am giving my friend (the shop owner) your web address and my full “stamp of approval.” I’m going in early to show him your web site and tell him the great service I received from you.

I know some people might think it is “pricy,” so I’m giving him a letter for potential customers (for him and you) telling of your fast, customer-centered service.

I’ll also bring out the fact that tattoos are permanent and how critical it is to have the right Kanji, in the right context.

With your permission, maybe I could use your story of the person who got it wrong. It is a very small price to pay when it is, literally, your skin and with you for a long, long time.

Also, I’m moving to Minnesota (I’m in Kansas now) and when I find an artist there I will do the same thing for you. In addition too that, my cousin owns three tattoo shops in California and I will be sure he knows about you, if he doesn’t already.

Thank you so much for the fast response for the resend and the back up email you sent.

You are great!

Dear Mr. Tomita-

Thank-you ever so much for your personal after-sales advice, and answering my question so swiftly. It is so very much appreciated.

I will not forget how brilliant your service is, and will recommend you and DSFY to everyone- Thanks once again.

Hope to get another translation from you very soon, and Ill know who to ask!!! Thanks again Takanori.- Tom

Hi Takanori,

Yes I have received the symbols you sent and must say that I am very
happy with the way they have turned out.

Life in every breath is a little long to be tattooing on my forearm, but
I will be holding on to this for later use, and will defiantly be in
contact again once I have thought of an alternate concept or phrase for
my other arm.

Regards Brad
