Let me be the first to tell you that I looked into quite a few web sites for this type of thing .....and I must admit that I was tempted by other translators simply because they had cheaper translation rates.

This translation was for a Tattoo which is obviously permanent, being cautious I did my business with you because you appeared to be more authentic.
Not only have you translated my phrase beautifully and quickly, you have went out of your way to follow up with me and make sure that everything was perfect.

Also the extra information about how to read the translations and the complimentary Kanji dictionary went well above any of my expectations.

Yes I have received the symbols you sent and must say that I am very
happy with the way they have turned out.

Life in every breath is a little long to be tattooing on my forearm, but
I will be holding on to this for later use, and will defiantly be in
contact again once I have thought of an alternate concept or phrase for
